Project Overview

Over the next two years, there will be significant construction occurring in the Kenmount Hill area, including Wyatt Boulevard, Tavenor Place, and Holden Street

These projects include replacing key assets along Farrell Drive, such as the underground water, sanitary, and storm systems. The scope of work for all projects involves construction tie-ins that may encroach onto residential properties. Residents are advised to hold off on driveway paving, landscaping, retaining wall installations, or other similar upgrades that come within one metre of their property line until the projects are complete.

    Hi Tammy,

Thanks for your question. The scheduling for the upcoming construction is currently under review to ensure delays are minimal. At this time, construction on Wyatt Boulevard is expected to begin in late June or early July and is not anticipated to overlap with the construction on Farrell Drive.

We're making efforts to avoid any conflicts that would restrict access for residents, and we'll share updates as the schedule is finalized.
