Mount Pearl City Centre Renewal Plan
The City Centre area is Mount Pearl’s heart and contributes to its economic prosperity, sense of place, and quality of life.
Over the next several months, we will be undertaking a comprehensive planning project called Find Your Centre that will aim to develop a long-term, holistic vision for the city centre to guide its future growth for generations to come.
The vision for the city centre is ours to craft collectively, so we need your help. A plan of this nature cannot be developed without input from those that know our community best, those that call it home. We want to hear your ideas and your vision for the city centre, to ensure that we prioritize the right projects and that we are headed in the right direction. Your input will strongly inform the project and result in a shared vision for the future of our city.
