CANCELLED BRIEFING SESSION – DUE TO NO CONFIRMED ATTENDANCE, BRIEFING SESSION IS CANCELLED
The City is in receipt of an application from Liv Better Dog Training for a proposed Kennel use in existing building at 124 Glencoe Drive. The subject property is located in an Industrial-Light (IL) Use Zone, of which Kennel use is Discretionary (subject to Regulation 7.21). This is within the range of developments that Council may permit in an IL Use Zone, subject to Regulation 4.17, requiring Public Notice.
A public briefing session will be held at City Hall on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 7pm where members of the public can ask questions and make comments on the application. If unable to attend the briefing session, members of the public can also submit comments in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday, January 23, 2025. Comments can be forwarded to the below contact. Comments received form part of the public record. If you do not wish your name to be attributed to your submission, please advise the City. Should no comments be received, the briefing session will be cancelled. A cancellation notice will be posted on the City's website.
