The City is in receipt of an application from Liv Better Dog Training for a proposed Kennel use in existing building at 124 Glencoe Drive. The subject property is located in an Industrial-Light (IL) Use Zone, of which Kennel use is Discretionary (subject to Regulation 7.21). This is within the range of developments that Council may permit in an IL Use Zone, subject to Regulation 4.17, requiring Public Notice.
Prior to making their decision, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday, January 23, 2025.
