What work is proposed?

    Every project has different requirements, but major construction work typically includes:

    • Replacement of underground services.
    • New pavement and concrete.
    • Curb and gutter work.
    • Water and sewer rehabilitation.

    When will construction work occur?

    Construction work typically occurs between May and October. The project area may be divided into phases.

    What time will construction work occur?

    The contractor is permitted to work within the hours specified in the City's Noise Bylaw (between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm). 

    Daily schedules may vary depending on weather conditions.
