What work is proposed?
This project will upgrade the culvert located at 5 Glencoe Drive.
What time will construction work occur?
The contractor is permitted to work within the hours specified in the City's Noise Bylaw (between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm).
Daily schedules may vary depending on weather conditions.

Will there be utility disruptions?
There will be minimal disruptions to utilities. The contractor will coordinate with businesses in the area to ensure utilities are maintained throughout construction.
How will construction affect access to my property?
The contractor will coordinate with local businesses to ensure access is maintained during construction.
Will there be road closures or detours during construction?
There will be traffic detours during construction. Detour plans will be shared with residents and posted once construction begins.
How long will construction take?
The project is expected to start at the end of April 2025 and end in July 2025. A more detailed timeline will be provided as the project progresses.
