CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Starting March 31, 2025, the installation of underground infrastructure for our new Community Centre will affect a portion of the parking lot at the Team Gushue Complex. The work will take place between the main access to the complex and the skatepark.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Access to the skatepark will be limited and temporary closures may be necessary. Access to the rest of the facilities at the Team Gushue Complex will be maintained.

WORK SCHEDULE

The contractor is permitted to work within the hours specified in the City's Noise Bylaw (7:00 am - 11:00 pm). Daily schedules may vary depending on weather conditions.

PROJECT TIMELINE

This localized disruption is expected to last 3-4 weeks and will be complete by the end of April. Other construction activities will continue on the site for the duration of the build.
