The City has received an application for a Variance at 90 Glendale Avenue (DA26-0060). The proposed variance is for the height of an accessory building. The property is located in the Residential Medium Density (RMD) Use Zone .

A Variance is subject to Regulation 4.6 of the Regulations, requiring public notice. As per Regulation 6.2.2 (a) vi., the height of an accessory building can be a maximum of 4.5 metres. The proposed variance would allow the height of this accessory building to be 4.9 metres. This proposal varies from the requirement by 0.4 metres, which is within the 10% variance range allowed by regulation 4.6.
